SAFETY:
Safety is our highest priority. Each guest is provided with proper safety gear (helmet, goggles) at the start of every tour and is also given a thorough orientation prior to the start of each tour. We boast a clean record of safety since our inception in 1995! If you have any concerns about safety feel free to contact us.

BOOKINGS:
Tours can be reserved via our Online Reservation Request page, directly through our office at (876) 382-4029, or at the Tour Desk of most hotels. A 24-hour advance booking is recommended to ensure space availibility. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment in Jamaica.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to ride on their own, but special provisions are made for younger guests. We have had children as young as 6 years old who have SAFELY enjoyed our tours, accompanied by our trained Bushmasters, parent or guardian. Our orientation will cover the special procedures required in such cases. If under 18 years old, a legal consent form must be signed.

If a teen under 18 would like to travel on his/her own, we would need to have parental/guardian consent and to determine on site, whether the teen is deemed capable, after special orientation and trials to handle the ATV safely and properly.

Upon request, we allow guests to travel with a partner or trained Bushmaster if you prefer. If so however, the rate remains the same.

PAYMENT:
We accept cash payments only.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Recommended dress: Jeans or shorts, t-shirt, running shoes. We also advise that you wear sunscreen.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Wilderness Tours will refund payments only upon cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour time.
